Returns
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through the same method as your payment — since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), eligible refunds will be arranged through direct communication with our support team.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Policy
